Akhanda 2 Trailer Review A Divine Roar in Mythic Fury
The trailer kicks off with the family of Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) & Neytiri (Zoe SaldaƱa) mourning the loss of Neteyam but just as that's sinking in - whoa - a new threat emerges: the Ash People - a pretty hostile Na'vi tribe. Varang (Oona Chaplin) - their leader - is giving off major ominous vibes because she seems to have a bit of a fire magic trick up her sleeve. "Your goddess has no power here" Varang says & - to be fair - it gives you chills a bit. The trailer is just a feast of visuals with volcanoes raging, huge aerial battles & some pretty intense looking woods.
The Trailer for Mowgli 2025 Has Just Been Dropped
Once again James Cameron has shown off his skills. We've seen him show off the good side of the Na'vi before - but now he's also got the Ash People - a hostile tribe who are all about fire worship & they live near volcanoes. Plus - you can bet your life Quaritch (Stephen Lang) is back causing some trouble for the Sully family. Kiri, Lo'ak & Tuk - the characters in the Sully family - have all got a bit more depth now. Meanwhile Sigourney Weaver & Kate Winslet - who we met in the first two films - are back.
Blimey, the trailer has some seriously impressive visuals - you're talking burning Banshees, spaceships & an underwater world that's now all about fire. the background music & sound design all just come together to make you want to see it on the big screen in every single bit of it. Fans are raving about it - with some saying "wow, the visuals have gone to a whole new level" & others thinking "we're looking at another film that's going to break the billion-dollar mark".
To be honest this is just going to be a real treat for all you huge fans of the Avatar franchise out there - its got emotion, action & visuals all perfectly balanced in one place. Its basically a no-brainer - you have to see it in 3D in a cinema on December 19th. James Cameron's proved once again that there's so much more to the Avatar world to explore.
