Prabhas' fans have high hopes for his birthday on the 23rd of October. Not only are they waiting for that day to roll around, but everyone in the film industry is also waiting with bated breath for news on the shooting of "Spirit" - the long-awaited collaboration between Prabhas and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

A whole 12 months have passed since "Spirit" was announced, but that's all we're up to so far - pre-production. Working with the guy behind hit films "Arjun Reddy" & "Animal" has sent shockwaves of hype through the industry. The longer we go without seeing any of these "Spirit" sets get rolling however , the more disgruntled the fans are becoming.
Considering all this on the eve of Prabhas birthday , fans everywhere are dreaming of something more than just a simple "Get well soon" banner to mark the day. Even though the director Sandeep Reddy Vanga hasn't made any official announcements - a bit of an unexpected treat will definitely raise some smiles
So, when are we likely to begin filming ?
Although the "Spirit" shoot remains delayed, latest word from the industry insiders is that the film is likely to finally start filming sometime in November.
Produced by BHadrakali Pictures & T-Series , Prabhas is set to take on the role of a rugged & fearless police officer. Tripti Dimri boasts the female lead as the female doctor to the powerhouse that is Prabhas' officer.
