The story:
In the 17th century, during the rule of the Mughal Empire, there is a Robin Hood-like figure named Hari Hara Veeramallu (Pawan Kalyan) who robs people of their property and takes the side of the poor. The youngest (Sachin Khedekar) assigns him the task of stealing diamonds from the Mughal army. In this sequence, Veeramallu gets acquainted with Panchami (Nidhhi Agerwal). Along with the diamonds, Veeramallu also wants to free Panchami from the captivity of the younger one.
However, there is an unexpected twist. The emperor of Hyderabad, who has captured Veeramallu, demands the return of the Kohinoor diamond, which is in the possession of Aurangzeb (Bobby Deol) at the Red Fort in Delhi. The main story of the film is the challenges faced by Veeramallu, who traveled to Delhi, how he defeated Aurangzeb, and whether he was able to bring back the Kohinoor diamond.
M3GAN 2.0 Review: Action-Packed Sequel Falls Short of Original’s Magic
Performers:
For the first time, Pawan Kalyan appeared in a role with a folk and historical background, but with the story going on in the background of Telangana, he easily got into the role. His mark action sequences and the tiger and fox sequences that elevate the heroism were well liked by the fans. Especially, the fight scene of 'Chowkidaana "composed by Pawan Kalyan himself is very realistic.
However, it is clearly seen in some places that the continuity is missing in Pawan Kalyan's look as the film is being shot for a long time. Even though some slides were put to cover it, it didn't quite work out. Nidhhi Agerwal's screen presence is good and the twist given to her character is also impressive.
Bobby Deol has dominated the screen with his brutal performance as Aurangzeb. His role was very powerful. Nargis Fakhri, Nora Fatehi, Satyaraj, Jisshu Sengupta, Pujita Ponnada, Sachin Khedekar and Anupam Kher are playing as the star cast in this movie.
Technical aspects:
Oscar winner MM Keeravani's music is the major highlight of the film. The background music in particular is superb, and the war sequences have the theatres rocking. The songs are tailor-made. Cinematography by VS Gnanashankar and Manoj Paramahamsa is superb and the visuals reflect the grandeur. However, there are some opinions that the VFX (visual effects) is not that impressive in some places and there are dubbing errors. Though the sets were grandiose, technical glitches marred the movie experience.
Direction-Analysis:
Krish Jagarlamudi tried to create a unique film by combining historical elements and a fictional story. However, in some places this combination seems to have lost its grip. The first part is impressive with some highlights like Pawan Kalyan's entry, Charminar fight, wrestling fight and an action scene with a tiger before the interval.
Many people are of the opinion that FastFast was excellent and without lag. However, some netizens claimed that the narrative lost pace in the second half and there was a flaw in the drama. Due to the lack of clarity in the story, some scenes seemed unnecessary.
As the film was delayed due to Pawan Kalyan's political commitments, Jyothi Krishna took over the directorial responsibilities from Krish. This change may result in some continuity in the story. However, they tried to balance patriotism, action and emotions. Dialogues are very powerful.
The verdict:
'Hari Hara Veera Mallu "is a mass historical entertainer for Pawan Kalyan fans. Pawan Kalyan's power-packed performance, Bobby Deol's performance, Keeravani's music and some strong action sequences are the main strengths of the film.
However, some flaws in the narration and VFX have marred the film's experience to an extent. On the whole, Hari Hara Veera Mallu is a brilliant historical action drama that combines Indian heritage and rebellion. This is a must watch film for those who love patriotic films and Pawan Kalyan fans.
