The afternoon shows saw a significant jump of up to 22%. The evening shows were at a similar level with 22-23% occupancy. The reports for the night shows are yet to come in, but it is learnt that the film has shown an upward trend.
In mass centres (centres with general public), "Housefull 5" showed impressive hold. In many theatres, the occupancy was slightly better than the opening day. This is rare, especially considering the overwhelmingly negative reviews.
Such a strong hold in mass centres has helped the film surprise everyone with its performance on the first Monday. It shows that the audience is still attached to this franchise.

While the night shows were on, this Akshay Kumar starrer comedy thriller was heading towards Rs 14-14.50 crore on Day 4 (early trends). This is indeed an impressive figure. The drop is 42.50-40.45% as compared to the opening day (Rs 24.35 crore). Since the drop is less than 50%, you can say that the film has passed the Monday litmus test.
Taking these estimates into consideration, the 4-day total collection of "Housefull 5" now stands at Rs 105.83-106.33 crores nett at the Indian box office. Scoring a magnificent century in just 4 days, it has become the 5th Bollywood film to enter the 100 crore club in 2025. Earlier, Sky Force, Chhalaava, Sikandar and Raid 2 have joined this club. This is surely a great achievement you must admit.
